Conferences comes in all shapes and sizes. To enable you to select the size that matches your conference best it is recommended that you complete the setup of your conference as a Free Conference and try it out on your mobile phone.
Only when you are satisfied with your conference setup you should upgrade the conference, if at all needed.Free conferences can have a maximum of 100 participants. If the conference spans multiple days or multiple rooms (tracks) or you have selected Basic, Premium or Gold functions the conference must be upgraded accordingly. Until the conference has been upgraded - the max number of participants is reduced to 10 participants. With 10 participants you can create and try out your conference in the App - before you decide to upgrade.
Basic conferences can have a maximum of 250 participants and can span maximum 2 days and maximum 2 rooms (tracks). All Free and Basic conference functions can be selected.
Premium conferences can have a maximum of 500 participants and can span maximum 3 days and maximum 3 rooms (tracks). All Free, Basic and Premium conference functions can be selected.
Gold conferences can have an unlimited number of participants and can span unlimited days and rooms (tracks). All conference functions can be selected.
All conferences have a maximum number of participants. If you exceed this limit, you can buy more participants at any time before or during the conference. You can buy 100 participants at a time or opt for an unlimited number of participants right away.
